Standard tee — boxy, mid-length.

220 gsm cotton, garment-washed once so the feel stays the same on day one as on day ninety. Sizes run true; if you sit between, take the larger one.

HOODIE

Heavyweight, roomy through the body.

480 gsm brushed-back fleece, ribbed cuff and hem, double-stitched shoulder seam. Cut to layer over a tee without swimming in it.

HOW TO MEASURE

Three numbers, one tape.

Every measurement on the table below is the garment, laid flat — not worn on a body. Allow 1–2 cm of give either way; cotton moves, fleece settles, and every drop settles in differently.

CHEST

Pit-to-pit, measured flat across the body. Lay the garment on a hard surface, no stretch, and run the tape straight across. We measure the garment — double the number for the chest circumference.

LENGTH

Top of the shoulder seam to the bottom hem. On hoodies, start at the highest point of the hood seam and run the tape down the body. Kept vertical, never diagonal.

WEIGHT

Fabric weight in grams per square metre, printed on the care label of every Drop 001 piece. Not the package weight on a kitchen scale — the fabric itself.

I picked the wrong size — how do I swap?
Email decent2u@polsia.appwith your order number and the size you want to swap into. We’ll reply with the return address; we ship the replacement as soon as the return tracking goes live. You don’t pay for the new piece until the swap is in motion.
Who covers return postage?
The customer covers return postage on a normal swap. If the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, we cover it — include a quick photo with the email and we’ll arrange the label.
When does my refund land?
5–7 business days from when the return arrives at the studio. Refunds go back to the same card you used at checkout, and we email the moment the refund is queued.
My order arrived damaged or wrong — what now?
Photograph the packaging and the piece, then email decent2u@polsia.app with your order number and the photos. We ship the replacement first (no waiting on a return) and we cover the postage both ways.
What do I send to start a return?
One email with: your order number (or the email address from checkout), the reason in one line — and, if it’s a swap, the size you want. The reason helps us watch the fit notes for the next drop.
Is anything final sale?
Anything tagged FINAL SALE on the product page or at checkout — discounted drops, archive picks, wholesale-lot pieces — is final sale. No swap, no return.
